These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications published by AppSphere Solutions (“AppSphere Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including Pet Planner and Pet Age Pro (each an “App,” and together the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using an App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
Pet Planner and Pet Age Pro require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security or legal risk.
You may delete your account at any time. In Pet Planner, go to Settings → Delete account. You can also follow the steps at https://petplanner.app/data-deletion/. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; see section 5.
4. The Service
Pet Planner is a pet-care planning tool. It lets you keep pet profiles, log daily care (such as meals, walks, medication, vaccinations, and vet visits), add photos, and set reminders. Logs and reminders are record-keeping aids only. They are not veterinary advice, and reminders depend on your device and notification settings, so they may not always arrive. Do not rely on the App alone for medication schedules or urgent care; contact a licensed veterinarian with health concerns.
Pet Age Pro estimates a dog or cat’s age in human years using breed and birth-date information you enter. Results are approximations for general interest only. They are not veterinary diagnosis, medical advice, or a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Do not make health, diet, or treatment decisions based solely on the App.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Subscriptions (Pet Planner Pro)
Pet Planner is free to download. Some features require Pet Planner Pro, an auto-renewing subscription available monthly or annually.
- Price: The current price and billing period are shown in the App before you buy. Prices may vary by country and may change; we will tell you in advance as required by the store.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription, where the store applies this rule.
- Cancel anytime: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s store settings (App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro features until the end of the current paid period.
- Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel in the store.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly.
We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management provider, to confirm your subscription status. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. User content
You may submit pet names, photos, care logs, notes, journal entries, and similar content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you (including cloud sync).
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
We do not claim ownership of your pet photos. We do not use them for advertising without a separate consent.
7. Affiliate links and promotions
Pet Age Pro may show product or care links, including affiliate links. If you tap a link and later buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
The free version of Pet Planner may show our own promotional banners for our websites (dogfood.guide and felineliving.net). These are our own promotions, not third-party ads. Our websites may contain affiliate links.
Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those sites or for products you purchase there.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of law
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as allowed by law
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Misrepresent the Apps’ age estimates, logs, or reminders as professional veterinary advice
9. Intellectual property
The Apps, including software, design, and branding, are owned by AppSphere Solutions and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each App on devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple and Google.
“Pet Planner,” “Pet Planner Pro,” “Pet Age Pro,” and “AppSphere Solutions” are brand names we use. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement without our permission.
10. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AGE CALCULATIONS, CARE LOGS, REMINDERS, OR OTHER CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR DELIVERED ON TIME.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSPHERE SOLUTIONS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, INCLUDING ANY SUBSCRIPTION, IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise. If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
13. App stores
These Terms are between you and AppSphere Solutions, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Apps or their content. If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the Apps must also follow the store’s own terms of use.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service, cancel any subscription in the store, and delete your account.
