AppSphere Solutions (“AppSphere Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates mobile applications including Pet Planner and Pet Age Pro (each an “App,” and together the “Apps”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to all of our Apps unless an App provides a more specific notice.
By using an App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

AppSphere Solutions is the name we use to publish and support our mobile Apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
2. Apps covered
This policy covers:
- Pet Planner — a pet-care planning app
- Pet Age Pro — a breed-specific dog and cat age calculator
Where data practices differ, they are described below.
3. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information stored on your device for the App to function, and information processed by our service providers when you create an account or use cloud features.
3.1 Account information (both Apps, when you sign in)
- Email address
- Password (stored by our authentication provider; we do not receive your Google or Apple password)
- If you use Google Sign-In: basic profile information Google shares with us (typically email and a provider user ID)
- If you use Sign in with Apple: Apple’s identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email
Pet Age Pro currently requires an account to use the app. Pet Planner may collect additional profile fields you choose to enter, such as your name.
3.2 Pet and content information you enter
Both Apps may store pet-related information you provide, such as pet name, type (dog or cat), breed, birth date or age, weight, and photos.
Pet Planner may also store notes and other user-generated content you add in that App.
Pet Age Pro stores pet profiles so it can calculate estimated age in human years, show care-related links, and (if you enable them) schedule reminders. Photos are optional. If you add a photo, it may be resized on your device before it is saved.
3.3 App settings
We may store preferences such as theme (light or dark) and notification settings.
3.4 Information processed automatically
Depending on the App, operating system, and service providers, the following may be processed:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version and diagnostic/crash information
- IP address and approximate network information (typically by our cloud providers when you sign in or sync)
- Timestamps of account activity and data updates
Pet Age Pro currently uses Firebase for authentication and cloud storage. Analytics events in the current Pet Age Pro build are limited; if we enable additional analytics or crash reporting later, we will update this policy.
3.5 Permissions
With your permission, an App may access:
- Photo library and/or camera, to attach a pet photo
- Notifications, to send reminders you enable (for example birthdays or care reminders)
You can deny or later revoke these permissions in your device settings. Some features will not work without them.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Provide App features (including saving pet profiles, calculations, reminders, and syncing across devices)
- Authenticate you with email, Google, or Apple
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Apps
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
Pet Age Pro age results are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not veterinary, medical, or professional advice.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Apps:
- Google (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) — account sign-in and cloud storage of pet profiles and settings
- Google Sign-In — if you choose “Continue with Google”
- Apple — if you choose Sign in with Apple, and for App Store distribution / device services
- Service providers who host our website or email (for example, to receive a deletion request)
- Legal and safety — if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition
If you tap an affiliate or care-recommendation link in Pet Age Pro, you leave the App and that third party’s own privacy policy applies. Those partners may include sites such as dogfood.guide and Chewy. We may receive a commission if you later purchase something. We do not send your pet profile or account email to an affiliate merely because a banner is shown.
Third parties that receive user data in connection with the Apps are expected to provide protection consistent with this policy and applicable store rules.
6. Data storage, retention, and security
Account and synced pet data are stored with our cloud providers (currently Google Firebase). Copies may also remain on your device (local storage) until you delete the App or your account.
We keep account and pet data until you delete your account or we delete the App’s backend data after a closure or inactivity process. Backup copies held by our providers may persist for a limited period after deletion.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. If you use the Apps from outside those countries, your information may be transferred internationally.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing.
You can:
- Edit or delete pet profiles inside the App
- Sign out
- Turn off notifications in the App or in device settings
- Request deletion of your account and associated data as described at https://petplanner.app/data-deletion/

8. Children’s privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact info@petplanner.app and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of an App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
