These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications published by AppSphere Solutions (“AppSphere Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including Pet Planner and Pet Age Pro (each an “App,” and together the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using an App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
Some Apps, including Pet Age Pro, require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security or legal risk.
You may delete your account as described at https://petplanner.app/data-deletion/.
4. The Service
Pet Planner is a pet-care planning tool.
Pet Age Pro estimates a dog or cat’s age in human years using breed and birth-date information you enter. Results are approximations for general interest only. They are not veterinary diagnosis, medical advice, or a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Do not make health, diet, or treatment decisions based solely on the App.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. User content
You may submit pet names, photos, notes, and similar content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you (including cloud sync).
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
We do not claim ownership of your pet photos. We do not use them for advertising without a separate consent.
6. Affiliate links
Pet Age Pro may show product or care links, including affiliate links. If you tap a link and later buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those sites or for products you purchase there.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of law
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as allowed by law
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Misrepresent the App’s age estimates as professional veterinary advice
8. Intellectual property
The Apps, including software, design, and branding, are owned by AppSphere Solutions and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each App on devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple and Google.
“Pet Planner,” “Pet Age Pro,” and “AppSphere Solutions” are brand names we use. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement without our permission.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AGE CALCULATIONS, REMINDERS, OR OTHER CONTENT ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSPHERE SOLUTIONS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise. If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
