AppSphere Solutions (“AppSphere Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates mobile applications including Pet Planner and Pet Age Pro (each an “App,” and together the “Apps”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to all of our Apps unless an App provides a more specific notice.
By using an App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

AppSphere Solutions is the name we use to publish and support our mobile Apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
2. Apps covered
This policy covers:
- Pet Planner — a pet-care planning and daily care log app for iOS and Android, with an optional paid subscription (Pet Planner Pro)
- Pet Age Pro — a breed-specific dog and cat age calculator
Where data practices differ, they are described below.
3. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information stored on your device for the App to function, and information processed by our service providers when you create an account, use cloud features, or buy a subscription.
3.1 Account information
- Email address
- Password (stored by our authentication provider, Google Firebase Authentication; we never see your password)
- If you use Google Sign-In (where offered): basic profile information Google shares with us (typically email and a provider user ID)
- If you use Sign in with Apple (where offered): Apple’s identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email
Pet Planner uses email and password sign-in. Pet Age Pro currently requires an account and may offer Google or Apple sign-in.
3.2 Pet and content information you enter
Both Apps may store pet-related information you provide, such as pet name, type (dog or cat), breed, birth date or age, weight, and photos.
Pet Planner stores:
- Pet profiles: name, type, birthday, weight, and an optional photo
- Daily care logs you record, such as eating, drinking, bathroom, walks, sleep, medication, vaccinations, weight, temperature, health notes, journal entries, and vet visits
- Reminder rules you set up
- Activity photos you choose to upload
This information is about your pets. Please do not enter sensitive information about yourself or other people in notes or journal entries.
Pet Age Pro stores pet profiles so it can calculate estimated age in human years, show care-related links, and (if you enable them) schedule reminders. Photos are optional. If you add a photo, it may be resized on your device before it is saved.
3.3 App settings
We may store preferences such as theme (light or dark) and notification settings.
3.4 Subscription and purchase information (Pet Planner)
If you buy Pet Planner Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives purchase receipts from the store and an anonymous app user ID so it can confirm which features you have unlocked. We receive subscription status (for example, active, trial, or expired), not your payment details.
3.5 Information processed automatically
Depending on the App, operating system, and service providers, the following may be processed:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version and diagnostic/crash information
- IP address and approximate network information (typically by our cloud providers when you sign in or sync)
- Timestamps of account activity and data updates
Our Apps use Google Firebase for authentication and cloud storage. Pet Planner may use Firebase Crashlytics, which may collect crash and performance diagnostics (such as device model, OS version, app version, and what the App was doing when it crashed) so we can fix problems. Analytics events in the current Pet Age Pro build are limited. If we add other analytics later, we will update this policy.
3.6 Permissions
With your permission, an App may access:
- Photo library and/or camera, to attach a pet photo or (in Pet Planner) an activity photo
- Notifications, to send reminders you enable (for example birthdays, medication, or care reminders). Pet Planner reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; the App asks for permission before sending them.
You can deny or later revoke these permissions in your device settings. Some features will not work without them.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Provide App features (including saving pet profiles and care logs, calculations, reminders, photos, and syncing across devices)
- Authenticate you
- Check your subscription status and unlock paid features
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Apps (including fixing crashes)
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
Pet Age Pro age results are estimates for informational purposes only. Pet Planner logs and reminders are record-keeping tools. Neither App provides veterinary, medical, or professional advice.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party ad networks, and we do not sell analytics data.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Apps:
- Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Crashlytics) — account sign-in, cloud storage of pet profiles, care logs, reminders, settings, and photos, and crash diagnostics. Pet Planner photos are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage on Google Cloud in the United States.
- Apple and Google — App Store and Google Play distribution, device services, and processing of subscription purchases; and Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple where you choose them
- RevenueCat — subscription management (purchase receipts and an anonymous app user ID)
- Service providers who host our website or email (for example, to receive a support or deletion request)
- Legal and safety — if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition
Links and promotions. If you tap an affiliate or care-recommendation link in Pet Age Pro, you leave the App and that third party’s own privacy policy applies. Those partners may include sites such as dogfood.guide and Chewy. We may receive a commission if you later purchase something. The free version of Pet Planner may show our own promotional banners for our websites (dogfood.guide and felineliving.net). These are our own promotions, not third-party ads. We do not send your pet profile, care logs, or account email to any website merely because a banner or link is shown.
Third parties that receive user data in connection with the Apps are expected to provide protection consistent with this policy and applicable store rules.
6. Data storage, retention, and security
Account and synced pet data are stored with our cloud providers (currently Google Firebase, in the United States for Pet Planner photos). Copies may also remain on your device (local storage) until you delete the App or your account.
We keep account and pet data until you delete your account or we delete the App’s backend data after a closure or inactivity process. Backup copies held by our providers may persist for a limited period after deletion.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. If you use the Apps from outside those countries, your information may be transferred internationally.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing.
You can:
- Edit or delete pet profiles, logs, reminders, and photos inside the App
- Sign out
- Turn off notifications in the App or in device settings
- Delete your account: in Pet Planner, go to Settings → Delete account; follow the steps at https://petplanner.app/data-deletion/; or email support@petplanner.app (or delete@petplanner.app)
- Cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings (deleting your account does not cancel a subscription)

8. Children’s privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@petplanner.app and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of an App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
